Dr. Peter O'Sullivan, MMPT, Ph.D.

Clinical Consultant

Dr. Peter O'Sullivan serves as SSPT's clinical consultant and helps our therapists in their approach to physical therapy care.

Dr. O'Sullivan is a Professor at the School of Physiotherapy at Curtin University of Technology, where he teaches Post Graduate Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and conducts research into musculoskeletal pain disorders. His expertise relates to the development and classification of musculoskeletal pain disorders, motor control of the spine and pelvis, and management of patients with chronic mechanical musculoskeletal pain.

In his academic career Dr. O'Sullivan has published more than 132 scholarly publications. His work is well recognized internationally. In addition to being an Invited and Keynote speaker at more than 40 global conferences, he has also conducted numerous clinical workshops internationally.
