Our hours
SSPT is open Monday through Friday, from 7:15am to 6:15pm.
Please call us at 202-463-7611 if you would like to schedule an appointment. If you would like an appointment outside our normal operating hours, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us for more information.
Referrals
District of Columbia law requires that a patient obtain a written prescription or referral from a physician, dentist, podiatrist, or osteopath in order to begin any type of physical or occupational therapy treatment. You are responsible for providing SSPT with a current prescription for every condition for which you will be receiving therapy.
Payment
As a courtesy to you, SSPT will submit claims with your primary insurance carrier. During your first visit we will contact your insurance company to verify the specifics of your coverage and payment plan. For the portion of your treatment that your insurance does not cover, we accept payment via cash, check, and credit card. Payment is expected at the time of treatment.
