Our staff provides home-based physical therapy for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and specializes in post-surgical physical therapy care for patients recovering from surgical procedures that include:

About Your Home Care Physical Therapy
Our home-based physical therapy programs are innovative and custom designed to suit your needs. We work with you and your health care providers to improve your strength, fitness, and to help you regain your conditioning so that you can avoid future injuries. Your home physical therapy care may include:
- Functional training
- Gait training
- Instruction in post-surgical care
- Patient education
- Training in activities of daily living
Continuum of Care
- Pre-operative care: You will receive the education and tools you need to feel comfortable with your surgery.
- Therapy in the home: Once you are discharged from the hospital you will receive treatment in the comfort of your own home until you are mobile enough to get out of your house.
- Outpatient services: When you progress to therapy outside your home you may continue to receive care in our outpatient facility with the same therapist.
